Jeff joined the YMCA of Orange County team on September 4th, 2007 as President/CEO. Since Jeff joined the YMCA of Orange County, the Association has grown from a $25 million organization to a $40 million organization. Under his leadership, the YMCA of Orange County has grown its service area expanding to Riverside County and the San Gabriel Valley. Jeff is currently dedicated to using his 30+ years of experience and leadership to make the YMCA of Orange County a place where staff can happily say, “The YMCA of Orange County was the best place I ever worked!” as they reflect on their lives.

Dolores has 22 years of experience with the YMCA. She served as CEO of an independent YMCA for 9 years before joining the YMCA of Orange County team to lead the Advancement Department. She holds a Masters in Human Service Administration and a BA in Child Development. She started her career as a part-time summer day camp leader in 1995 and that is where she learned that the strength of the YMCA lies within the staff and volunteers. She believes their desire and ability to help support kids, individuals and families is what makes the YMCA so vital and relevant throughout the world. She commits to working every day to ensure staff and volunteers are given appropriate resources, support and that their good work is celebrated.

Joyce is the Chief Financial Officer for the YMCA of Orange County, where she manages the finances and plays an integral role in growing the organization’s financial capacity. Prior to YMCA, Joyce worked in the mortgage and real estate industry and then transitioned to the nonprofit sector where she has worked for over 10 years. Her passion for nonprofit work is why she does what she does. She enjoys helping and developing staff as well as impacting the community.

Anna brings more than 17 years of leadership experience in positioning the brands, people and ideas that drive Orange County. She has developed a unique understanding of what drives consumers and decision-makers to respond favorably to marketing campaigns. A true local, Anna was born and raised in Southern California and attained her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Chapman University. She lives in South County with her husband and two children. Outside of work, she enjoys Southern California’s outdoor activities, cheering at her son’s baseball games and teaching marketing and management as an adjunct professor at Vanguard University.

Christine began her career with the YMCA of Orange County in June of 1988. She graduated with her BS in Child Development from California State University, Fullerton in 1994. During her 28 years at the YMCA, she has worked in many roles including child care, camp, sports, Adventure Guides, administration, and campaign. Currently, Christine is the Director of Human Resources and Quality Assurance and oversees the following areas: Human Resources, Recruitment, Quality Assurance, Training and the Volunteer program.

James has over 23 years of extensive expertise in IT Infrastructure, Application Development, Data Warehouse Architecture, Data Analytics, Systems Architecture, and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Methodology. As the proud Director of Information Technology for the YMCA of Orange County, he applies his experience and commitment to his community in order to implement IT initiatives and programs with the purpose of aligning IT with business units. It is his belief that, by using technology to bring efficiency, the YMCA will be better suited to serving the community.

She has worked in a variety of roles including HR Administrative Assistant, Administrative Assistant of Child Care, and currently, serves as the Executive Administrator for Operations. She is very knowledgeable about YMCA operations and is a go-to problem solver for just about anything! Jennifer has a strong passion for the work that is accomplished within the organization and how it makes a positive impact on the community.
